I’m talking about Char Koey Teow. One of my favourite local dish besides tomyam & laksa.Since I move in to Dengkil for my degree in MMU Cyberjaya, i tried for few times cooking char koey teow for fun. The result ? I’m satisfied. I’m still amateur by the way. Acceptable I guess.
